Joy and Sadness

This past week has had it's share of both.

For Sadness: Shan's Uncle Jim passed away on Friday, July 25th. When the boys and I got home from TN on Monday night, I knew we would be leaving again on Tuesday to attend the funeral in KY. We drove down and made it to the funeral home just in time for the funeral service. Uncle Jim will be missed and the rest of the family remains in our prayers.

For Joy: While in KY, we were blessed to welcome our newest nephew to the family. Tyson Lynn was born on Wednesday morning.

So it has definitely been a week of joy and sadness. And a very hectic time in our lives with all of our traveling. (Ergo why my blog is so far behind...again! LOL)
